CEIS Ayrshire is a social enterprise based in the West of Scotland that delivers a range of services including employability, employer engagement, recruitment and retention services and workforce development services, community engagement and capacity building, skills and training services and community regeneration services. 

CEIS Ayrshire approach is to client centered business, built around a core set of values, including commitment to achieve the best for each individual jobseeker, no matter how distant from the labour market, and meeting the needs of employers.  Working with local communities to develop and create opportunities and sustainable projects created from the bottom up. CEIS have a strong track record on supporting youths from various backgrounds with training and employment, as well as one of supporting businesses, social enterprises and social entrepreneurs in improving their business skills and help to develop sustainable businesses across Scotland.

• DigiComs - Digital Communicators for mission driven organisations - Theodora Ivanova, Impact Drive (Bulgaria)

The Impact Drive Foundation supports the development of civil society and mission driven organizations by providing them with tools, resources, knowledge and training to enable them to successfully carry out their missions and causes. DigiComs is a social business model that provides solution and ressources for the organisations' practitioners to communicate effectively and impactfully online.
